It has the Special Transfer Ability that lets you move a Special Energy from one of your Pokémon to another as often as you like during your turn. Its single listed attack, Devour Soul, deals 120 damage for Psychic and two Colorless energy, giving it a high-damage option at a moderate energy cost.
