Description

The Pokémon this card is attached to deals 30 more damage to the opponent's Active Pokémon V (before applying Weakness and Resistance). It also follows Item rules allowing you to play any number of Item cards and can be attached only to a Pokémon that does not already have a Pokémon Tool attached.
