Blunder Policy (swsh9-131) is a Trainer—Item card from the Brilliant Stars expansion that is printed as a Pokémon Tool. When attached, it grants an end-of-turn draw of three cards if the attached Pokémon’s attack required any coin flips and at least one landed tails. Additionally, because it is an Item, it follows the rule allowing you to play any number of Item cards on your turn, making it function both as a tool and a draw-conditional support card.
