Its Spreading Flames attack lets you attach up to three Fire Energy cards from your discard pile to your Pokémon in any arrangement. As a VMAX it costs three Prize cards if Knocked Out and pairs a high-damage Max Victory attack with energy-recovery utility, making it viable as a finisher in aggressive Fire decks.
