Description

Rapid Strike Scroll of Swirls (swsh5-131) is an Uncommon Rapid Strike Pokémon Tool from the Battle Styles expansion. When attached to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool, the attached Rapid Strike Pokémon can use the card's Matchless Maelstrom attack, which deals 30 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon but still requires the proper Energy. As an Item-style Tool it provides spread-damage utility for Rapid Strike decks aiming to pressure both the active and benched opposing Pokémon.
