Sealed retail blister pack for the Pokémon Base expansion (Base Set) released in 1999, issued with Charizard artwork and labeled 1st Edition. Blister packs were retail packaging used to distribute sealed Base-era product and served as a way for players to obtain booster cards or for collectors to preserve an unopened piece of the original set.
