Regice (037/189) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card printed as a Rare. Its Regi Gate attack lets you put a Basic Pokémon from your deck onto your Bench, and Blizzard Bind deals 100 damage and can prevent a Pokémon V from attacking on the opponent's next turn. It has a retreat cost of three Colorless and a Metal weakness, creating tradeoffs between its utility and survivability.
