It has Swift, a 50-damage attack that ignores Weakness, Resistance, and opponent Active effects, and Energy Spiral, which does 50× damage for each Energy attached to all of your opponent's Pokémon. With zero retreat cost and a ×2 Lightning weakness, it is a low-retreat attacker that can threaten large spread damage against Energy-heavy opponents.
