While attached to a Team Rocket Pokémon in the Active Spot, if that Pokémon is damaged by an opponent's attack the attacking Pokémon becomes Asleep even if the holder is Knocked Out. It follows standard Tool rules allowing only one Tool per Pokémon and remaining attached, which affects how you allocate support effects across your board.
