Its Roasting Burn attack deals 110 damage only if the opponent's Active Pokémon is already Burned, while Power Stomp is a 170-damage attack that discards two Energy from this Pokémon. That combination makes it a high-damage option for Fire decks, but its conditional first attack, energy discard and three retreat cost demand careful deckbuilding.
