Pichu (pl4-25 Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon. It has the Poké-Power Baby Evolution, which lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu as an evolution and remove all damage counters. Its Baby Steps attack lets you look at the top five cards of your deck and put one into your hand.
