Pichu (pl4-25) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon from the Arceus expansion printed as a Normal rare. It has a Poké-Power, Baby Evolution, that lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu as an evolution and heal all damage from Pichu once during your turn. Its attack, Baby Steps, lets you look at the top five cards of your deck and add one to your hand, helping with early-game setup.
