Pelipper (printed number 24/99, pl4-24 Reverse Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Arceus expansion. It has two attacks: Water Pulse deals 30 damage and puts the Defending Pokémon to Sleep, while Continuous Crush deals 70 and can discard the opponent's Energy by flipping coins until a tails is flipped. It is weak to Lightning, resists Fighting, and has a retreat cost of two Colorless.
