Omastar (pl4-23-Reverse-Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon rare printed as a reverse-holofoil. Its Time Spiral attack removes the highest-stage Evolution card from an opponent's Evolved Pokémon and shuffles that card into their deck, while Primal Tentacles does 30 damage plus 10 more for each Helix Fossil, Dome Fossil, and Old Amber in your discard pile. Those effects let it serve as both an evolution-disruption tech and a fossil-dependent attacker for decks that use or recycle Fossil cards.
