Its Aqua Effect ability makes each of your Stage 1 Pokémon in play also count as Water in addition to their existing types. It has a Hydro Splash attack that deals 70 damage for three energy and a two Colorless retreat cost, making it a mid-stage attacker that can enable Water-focused strategies.
