Attach it to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool, and if that equipped Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and is damaged by an opponent's attack you draw two cards even if it is Knocked Out. It follows Item-style timing so you play it during your turn before attacking without using your Supporter play.
