It features the Renegade Pulse Ability that prevents all effects of attacks, including damage, from opponent Mega Evolution Pokémon. Its Chaos Wheel attack deals 100 damage and stops the opponent from playing Pokémon Tool, Special Energy, or Stadium cards from their hand on their next turn, giving it a disruptive high-damage role.
