Description

Ampharos-EX (xy7-27) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon-EX from the Ancient Origins expansion printed as a Rare Holo EX. Its Thunder Rod attack lets you look at the top four cards and attach any Lightning Energy you find to this Pokémon, while Sparkling Tail deals 100 damage and ignores effects on the opponent's Active Pokémon. As an EX it awards two Prize cards if Knocked Out and lists a Fighting weakness, Metal resistance, and a two-colorless retreat cost relevant for deck decisions.
