It has the Voltaic Float Ability that removes its Retreat Cost if it has any Lightning Energy attached, and its Multishot Lightning attack deals 120 damage and also does 90 to one of the opponent's damaged Benched Pokémon. As a Pokémon ex, it awards two Prize cards when Knocked Out, presenting a higher risk–reward option for decks.
