Its Fully Blooming Energy Ability lets you look at the top eight cards of your deck when you evolve it from your hand and attach any Basic Energy cards you find there to your Pokémon. It also has a Solar Beam attack that deals 90 damage, allowing it to apply offensive pressure after accelerating energy.
