Starmie (sv3pt5-121), Reverse Holofoil, is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon from the 151 expansion. It has the Mysterious Comet Ability, which lets you place two damage counters on one of your opponent’s Pokémon once during your turn but requires discarding Starmie and all attached cards if you use it. It also has a Speed Attack that deals 50 damage, giving it a short-term chip-damage role before the discard drawback takes effect.
