It has the Restart Ability, which lets you draw until you have three cards in hand once during your turn, and an attack, Genome Hacking, that lets it use one of the attacks of the opponent's Active Pokémon. A mythical Pokémon often portrayed as the genetic ancestor of many species in the franchise.
