Jellicent (tcgp-B1-69) is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon from the Mega Rising set with artwork by Tomokazu Komiya. It has the Ability Bouncy Body which lets you move a Water Energy from your Energy Zone to one of your Benched Pokémon when it is damaged by an opponent's attack. Its single attack, Surf, deals 60 damage and it carries a Lightning weakness and two-colorless retreat cost.
