This Trainer card contains no attacks and has a retreat cost of zero. It is a Normal print variant designed to serve a support role rather than being a Pokémon card. Released in 1998 through vending machines around Japan as part of the expansion sheet series, these special-run cards were printed on glossy stock and issued in limited quantities.
