Milotic (adv5_ja-25) is a Stage 1 Water-type Pokémon from the とかれた封印 expansion and printed as a Rare Holo. It has the Poké-Power Healing Shower which can remove all damage counters from all non-EX Pokémon when you evolve Milotic from your hand, and it has two attacks including Distorted Wave that also removes damage counters from the Defending Pokémon before dealing 80 damage. The card’s role leans toward healing and midgame board recovery while still providing offensive options with a 4-energy heavy attack.
