It has a Poké-Body that prevents both players' Groudon ex and Rayquaza ex from attacking while Kyogre ex is Active. Its attacks include a two-colorless cost 20-damage targeting attack and a Super Tidal Wave that can scale damage by revealing Energy cards in hand and then shuffling those Energy cards back into the deck.
