This item is a Japanese 1990s prism holofoil depiction of Vaporeon produced for the Topsun gum-card series, featuring a reflective checkered/prismatic foil surface. The piece is printed in Japanese, carries a printed number referencing the Pokédex entry, and was issued as a collectible insert rather than a contemporary tournament card. Released in the mid-1990s as part of Japan’s Topsun gum-card releases, these prism holofoil Pokémon stickers/cards are among the earliest commercially printed Pokémon trading cards and circulated as bonus inserts in gum packs distributed domestically.
