Its Body Surf attack lets you attach a Water Energy from your hand to it and then switch it with one of your Benched Pokémon, enabling quick energy acceleration and pivoting. Ocean Loop returns two Water Energy attached to this Pokémon to your hand, supporting energy-recovery loops and repeated high-damage plays.
