Kecleon (dp3-ja-408 First Edition) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from the ひかる闇 expansion with artist Mitsuhiro Arita. It has the Poké-Body Camouflage which can reduce incoming damage by 40 if a basic Energy attached to Kecleon matches the Attacking Pokémon's type. Its attack Blind Scratch deals 60 damage but risks doing no damage and instead inflicting 20 damage to one of your own Pokémon if a coin flip is tails.
