トドゼルガ (dp2_ja_423, Unlimited) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the 湖の秘密 expansion. It has the Poké-Power Freeze-up which lets you flip two coins when you evolve it from hand to potentially discard the Defending Pokémon and its attachments if both are heads. Its attack Ice Bind deals 70 damage and can Paralyze the Defending Pokémon unless the opponent discards a card from their hand.
