It has two attacks: Whirlpool can discard an Energy from the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip, and Spring Back does 20 damage or an extra 50 damage and puts the Defending Pokémon to Sleep if the opponent has one Prize left. Its conditional high-damage finisher and sleep effect make it a potential late-game tech or clutch attacker in Water-focused decks.
