It has the Poké-Power Cunning allowing you once per turn to look at the top card of your opponent’s deck and optionally shuffle, provided it isn’t affected by a Special Condition. Its attack Litter can discard up to two Tool or Rocket's Secret Machine cards from your hand to add 30 damage per discarded card on top of the base 20.
