スターミー (016/059, Unlimited) is a Stage 1 Water-type Pokémon from the 赤い閃光 set illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. Its first attack, しんかいのうず, shuffles your entire hand into your deck and then draws seven cards, providing a major hand reset; its second attack, イーブンバインド, deals 30 damage and can Paralyze the opponent's Active Pokémon if both players have the same number of Benched Pokémon.
