Pichu (ptp_ja-38) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon promo from the Platinum Promos series. It has a Poké-Power called Baby Evolution that lets you place Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu once during your turn and heal all damage counters when evolving. Its single attack, Baby Steps, lets you look at the top five cards of your deck, add one to your hand, and shuffle the rest back.
