This is Mismagius GL LV.X (ptp_ja_11) from the Platinum Promos series printed as 011/DPt-P and is a Psychic-type Level-Up Pokémon. It has a Poké-Power, Magical Return, that lets you repeatedly return a Pokémon Tool or Technical Machine attached to your Pokémon to your hand unless Mismagius GL is affected by a Special Condition. Its attack, Darkness Magic, places damage counters on the Defending Pokémon equal to the number of cards in your hand (up to eight).
