Pikachu (pcgp_ja-123) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon promo from the PCG Promos set illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno. It has a low-cost Charge attack that lets you attach a Lightning Energy from your discard pile and a two-Colorless-cost Slam that deals 20 damage per two-coin heads. Its role is an early-game attacker/energy-recycler that can regain Lightning Energy to enable follow-up plays or set up bigger attackers.
