It has a Poké-Power, Constrain, which forces both players to discard down to six cards in hand once during your turn, and an attack, Upstream, that retrieves all Energy from your discard pile and deals 10× damage per Energy returned. Its secondary attack, Tail Slap, is a three-colorless-energy move dealing 60 damage, while it has no retreat cost and a Fighting weakness.
