This is a First Edition Sableye (dp6‑ja‑62), a Basic Darkness-type Pokémon from the 破空の激闘 expansion. It has the Overeager Poké-Body which makes you go first if Sableye is your Active Pokémon at game start. Its attacks let you discard a Supporter from your deck to copy that Supporter’s effect, or deal higher damage when the opponent has less remaining HP than Sableye.
