Pikachu (dpp_ja_57) is a Japanese Diamond & Pearl promotional Basic Lightning-type Pokémon illustrated by Sumiyoshi Kizuki. It has a Poké-Power called Electro Recycle that lets you retrieve a Lightning Energy from your discard pile if Pichu is under Pikachu. Its attack BikaBika deals 20 base damage and does an extra 10 if you flip heads, and the card has typical weakness, resistance, and a one Colorless retreat cost.
