Pikachu (dpp_ja-48) is a Japanese Diamond & Pearl promo Basic Lightning Pokémon illustrated by Sumiyoshi Kizuki. It has a coin-flip attack that does 20 damage plus 10 more on heads and a Poké-Power named Electro Recycle that can retrieve a Lightning Energy from the discard if a Pichu is under Pikachu. The card has low retreat cost and standard Fighting weakness and Metal resistance that shape its defensive role in small Lightning decks.
