Palkia (dpp_ja_39) is a Japanese Diamond & Pearl promo Basic Water-type Pokémon illustrated by Daisuke Ito. Its first attack lets you search your deck for a Stadium card and, if a Stadium is in play, discard that Stadium; its second attack can, on a successful coin flip, discard all Energy from Palkia and place the Defending Pokémon and everything attached to it on top of the opponent’s deck. The card has a +20 Lightning weakness and a retreat cost of two Colorless.
