Dialga LV.X (dpp_ja_107) is a Metal-type Level-Up Pokémon promo from the Diamond & Pearl era printed as 107/DP-P. It has the Poké-Power Time Skip which forces the opponent to flip two coins with effects that can end turns depending on the results. Its attack Metal Flash deals 80 damage but cannot be used on the next turn after it's used, giving a trade-off between heavy damage and temporary restriction.
