Its Ability, Extra Energy Bomb, lets you attach five Energy cards from your discard pile to your non‑GX/EX Pokémon in any way you like but immediately Knocks Out this Electrode-GX when used. The trade-off makes it a one-shot energy accelerator that suits decks aiming to rapidly refuel attackers at the cost of sacrificing the user.
