Description

Dracule Mihawk (ST12-003 Foil) is a Green Slash Character from the Zoro and Sanji expansion with The Seven Warlords of the Sea and Muggy Kingdom subtypes. Its On Play ability lets you, if you control two or fewer Characters, play up to one Muggy Kingdom-type or Slash-attribute Character with cost 4 or less (except another Mihawk) from your hand rested. The card provides +2000 counter power and serves as a mid-cost value play that can extend board presence by cheating in a small supporting Character.
