Description

Narikabura Arrow (ST09-014 Textured Foil) is a Yellow Event from the Yamato set with the Land of Wano subtype. It can cost Counter to reduce one opposing Leader or Character’s power by 3000 for the turn when you have two or fewer Life cards, and it has a Trigger ability that lets you trash two cards from your hand to move the top card of your deck to the top of your Life. The card functions as a low-cost utility removal and a conditional Life manipulation play for tempo or recovery.
