Yosaku (OP14-035) is a Green Character from The Azure Sea's Seven expansion with the East Blue subtype. On your turn, when it becomes rested it can stop one of your opponent's rested Characters with cost 4 or less from becoming active during their next Refresh Phase. As a low-cost board-control option it helps disrupt opposing tempo by locking down cheap attackers.
