Time for the Counterattack (Foil)

Description

Time for the Counterattack (OP14-018 Foil) is a Red Event from The Azure Sea's Seven expansion. It features a Counter effect that can give a Leader or Character +4000 power during a battle if an 8000+ power Character is present, and a Trigger that lets you play a red Character with 2000 power or less from your hand. At cost 1, it functions as a cheap, reactive tool to influence battles and drop small characters.
