Her On Play ability lets you, if your Leader is Baroque Works, play up to one Baroque Works Character of cost 4 or less from hand and up to one Character of cost 1 from your trash. This allows the card to re-establish board presence and recur cheap threats for tempo and synergy with Baroque Works decks.
