Radio Knife (OP10-041 Foil) is a Green Event from the Royal Blood expansion. Its main play sequence forces an opponent Character into a rested state and can then remove a lower-cost rested Character, and it also has a weaker trigger that can rest an opponent Character on resolution. It functions as targeted removal to disrupt an opponent's board and tempo.
