Description

Ikoku Sovereignty (OP03-118) is a Yellow Event card. As a Counter it can grant +5000 power to one of your Leader or Character cards in battle and its Trigger lets you trash two cards to place the top card of your deck onto your Life pile. It serves both as a short-term combat boost and as a tool for Life-manipulation strategies.
